Prakash Chandra, born on June 7, 1973, is an Indian Administrative Service officer from the 2017 batch, Uttarakhand cadre. He holds an M.Sc in Botany. Currently serving as Commissioner at Uttarakhand since October 12, 2025, he is part of the Department of Empowerment of Persons with Disabilities. Prior to this role, he served as Additional Secretary. Prakash Chandra continues to contribute to the administrative framework within his cadre.
