Pradipta Kumar Mohapatra, born on 25 May 1964, is an Indian Administrative Service officer from the 1988 Odisha cadre. He holds a B.E. and M.Tech. in Geology. Currently, he serves as the Chairman of Orissa Forest Dev Corpn Ltd (OFDC), Bhubaneswar, since 16 October 2021. His extensive career includes roles such as Principal Secretary to Government, Joint Secretary, Commissioner & Secretary, Chief Administrator, Special Relief Commissioner, Revenue Divisional Commissioner, District Collector and Magistrate, Managing Director, and Sub Collector. He is proficient in Bengali, English, Hindi, and Oriya/Odia. He remains in active service.
