Pradip Kumar Sengupta, born on January 25, 1950, is a retired Indian Administrative Service officer from the 1994 batch, West Bengal cadre. He served in various capacities including Junior Scale, Additional District Magistrate, District Magistrate, Executive Director, and Joint Secretary. His most recent position was Joint Secretary in the Home Department from July 19, 2007, to January 31, 2010. Mr. Sengupta holds a graduate degree and has contributed to the administrative framework of West Bengal during his tenure.
