Pradeep Shukla, born on January 3, 1957, is a retired Indian Administrative Service officer from the 1981 batch, Uttar Pradesh cadre. A graduate in Physics, he served in various capacities including Principal Secretary, Secretary, Inspector General, Director, District Collector and Magistrate, Joint Secretary, Joint Director, and Executive Magistrate. His most recent position was Chairman of Uttar Pradesh Power Corporation Limited (UPPCL) in Lucknow, starting April 26, 2008. Throughout his career, Shukla contributed to the administration of Uttar Pradesh until his retirement.
