Dr. Pradeep Sen, born on January 30, 1955, is a retired Indian Administrative Service officer from the 1982 Rajasthan cadre. He held the position of Chairman at Transport Development Finance Corporation, Jaipur, Rajasthan, from September 1, 2010, to January 31, 2015. His extensive career includes roles such as Principal Secretary, Joint Secretary, Secretary, Inspector General, Commissioner, Resident Commissioner, Director, Deputy Secretary, District Collector and District Magistrate, among others. Dr. Sen holds an M.Phil. in International Affairs, a postgraduate degree in Political Science, and an MBA in Business Administration.
