Pradeep Kumar Biswal, born on May 2, 1960, is a retired Indian Administrative Service officer from the 2003 Odisha cadre. He holds an M.A. in History from Utkal University, an M.Phil. in History, and an M.B.A. in Finance from Sambalpur University. Throughout his career, he served in various capacities including Additional Secretary to the Government, State Project Director, and Joint Secretary to the Government. His most recent position was Special Secretary & Director in the Finance Department, commencing January 1, 2019. Mr. Biswal’s extensive service reflects his commitment to public administration in Odisha.
