Pradeep Kumar, born on November 10, 1955, is a retired Indian Administrative Service officer from the 1996 Bihar cadre. He holds a postgraduate degree in Geology. During his career, he served in various capacities including Joint Secretary, District Collector and Magistrate, Joint Commissioner, Director, and Managing Director. His most recent position was Managing Director of the Bihar State Finance Corporation from August 23, 2014, to November 30, 2015.
