Pradeep Gupta, born on 28 July 1953, is a retired Indian Administrative Service officer from the 1995 batch of the Jammu & Kashmir cadre. He holds a graduate degree and has served in various capacities including Commissioner, Director, Special Secretary, and Deputy Commissioner. His most recent position was Secretary in the Food- Public Distribution and Consumer Affairs Department, a role he held from 26 August 2010 to 31 July 2013. Throughout his career, Gupta contributed to the administrative framework of Jammu & Kashmir until his retirement.
