Prabhudayal Meena, born on July 2, 1957, is a retired Indian Administrative Service officer from the 1980 Madhya Pradesh cadre. He holds postgraduate degrees in Economics and Business Administration, along with a graduate degree in Economics. Throughout his career, he served in various capacities including District Collector, Deputy Secretary, Managing Director, Labour Commissioner, Commissioner, Special Secretary, Additional Secretary, Joint Secretary, Principal Secretary, Environment Commissioner, and OSD to Minister. His most recent role was Secretary at Madhya Pradesh from October 31, 2014, to July 31, 2017. He was also associated with the Department of Ex-Servicemen Welfare, Ministry of Defence.
