Prabhati Thaosen, born on November 11, 1965, is a retired IAS officer from the 2010 Assam Meghalaya cadre. She holds an M.A. degree. Throughout her career, she served in various capacities, including the position of Secretary. Most recently, she was appointed Chairperson of the Assam Public Service Commission (APSC) on November 5, 2025.
