Prabhat Kumar Mishra, born on January 21, 1967, is an Indian Administrative Service officer of the 1993 batch, belonging to the West Bengal cadre. He holds a B.Tech. and an M.A. degree. Currently, he serves as the Additional Chief Secretary in the Finance Department, a position he has held since March 7, 2026. Proficient in English and Hindi, Mr. Mishra continues to contribute to public administration in his ongoing service.
