Prabhat Dayal, born on July 1, 1944, is a retired Indian Administrative Service officer from the 1982 Rajasthan cadre. He holds a graduate degree in Civil Engineering. Throughout his career, he served in various capacities including Executive Engineer, Regional Engineer, Additional Collector, Chief Executive, Chief Executive Director, Special Secretary, Secretary, and Member. His most recent position was as a Member of the Rajasthan Civil Services Appellate Tribunal from May 1, 2003, to June 30, 2004.
