Prabhash Kumar, born on November 12, 1990, is an Indian Administrative Service officer from the 2017 batch, Uttar Pradesh cadre. He holds a B.Tech. in Material Engineering from IIT Kanpur. Currently, he serves as the Special Secretary at the Namami Gange and Grameen Jalapurti Department in Lucknow, a position he assumed on November 11, 2024. Throughout his service, he has been recognized with an Appreciation Certificate. Prabhash Kumar continues to contribute to the administration within his cadre.
