Prabal Sepaha, born on April 6, 1967, is an Indian Administrative Service officer from the 2009 batch, Madhya Pradesh cadre. He holds an M.A. degree and has served in various capacities including Secretary, District Collector, and O.S.D.-cum-Secretary. Currently, he is the Commissioner at Bhopal, Madhya Pradesh, within the Higher Education Department, a position he has held since July 6, 2025. Mr. Sepaha continues to serve in the Indian Administrative Service, contributing to the governance and administration of Madhya Pradesh.
