Pooja Pandey, born on December 3, 1979, is an Indian Administrative Service officer from the 2008 Assam Meghalaya cadre. She holds a B.A. and M.A. from Lucknow University. Currently, she serves as Director at Arunachal Pradesh & Meghalaya in the Ministry of Home Affairs, Department of Census Operations and Citizen Registration since January 7, 2026. Her previous roles include Commissioner & Secretary and Director (Census Operations). Fluent in English and Hindi, Pooja Pandey continues to contribute to administrative functions within her cadre. She remains in active service.
