Piyush Singla, born on November 1, 1986, is an Indian Administrative Service officer from the 2012 batch, assigned to the A G M U T cadre. He holds an M.B.B.S. degree. Currently, he serves as the Secretary of the Information Technology Department in Jammu and Kashmir, a position he has held since June 11, 2025. Mr. Singla continues to be in active service within the IAS.
