Piyush Singh, born on 26 October 1976, is an Indian Administrative Service officer from the 2000 batch, Maharashtra cadre. He holds a B.Tech. in Civil Engineering from IIT Delhi. Currently, he serves as Joint Secretary in the Department of Power, Government of NCT of Delhi, Ministry of Power, New Delhi, a position held since 26 May 2022. His past roles include Commissioner, Chief Executive Officer, District Collector and District Magistrate, and Assistant Collector. He has also served on inter cadre deputations. Piyush Singh is proficient in English and Hindi and continues to be in service.
