Peter Minz, born on January 29, 1935, is a retired Indian Administrative Service officer from the 1983 batch, Bihar cadre. He holds a graduate degree in History and a postgraduate degree in Social Sciences. Throughout his career, he served in various capacities including Sub-Divisional Officer, Junior Scale officer, Charge Officer, Deputy Development Commissioner, and Joint Secretary. His most recent position was Joint Secretary in the Personnel and Administrative Reforms Department from April 1, 1992, to January 1, 1993.
