Pawan Kumar Meena, born on 15 January 1994, is an Indian Administrative Service officer of the 2020 batch, serving in the Uttar Pradesh cadre. He is currently the Chief Development Officer at Fatehpur, a position he has held since 24 January 2024. Prior to this, he served as an Assistant Secretary. Fluent in Hindi, Pawan Kumar Meena continues to contribute to public administration in his cadre.
