Pawan Kumar Gangwar, born on November 7, 1974, is an Indian Administrative Service officer from the 2014 batch, Uttar Pradesh cadre. He is currently serving as the District Magistrate of Mirzapur, Uttar Pradesh, a position he has held since July 29, 2025. Prior to this, he has held the roles of Secretary and Special Secretary to the Government of Uttar Pradesh. Mr. Gangwar continues to serve in the Indian Administrative Service, contributing to the administration of Uttar Pradesh.
