Pawan Kumar, born on August 8, 1975, is a 2008 batch IAS officer of the Uttar Pradesh cadre. He holds a B.Sc. and LL.B in Mathematics. Currently serving as Director in the Panchayat and Rural Development Department, New Delhi since March 11, 2024, he has held multiple key positions including Special Secretary, District Collector and Magistrate, Chief Development Officer, and Joint Magistrate. Fluent in English and Hindi, Pawan Kumar continues to contribute to public administration within the Indian Administrative Service.
