Pawan Kotwal, born on December 4, 1965, is a retired Indian Administrative Service officer from the 1994 batch, AGMUT cadre. He holds an M.B.B.S. degree and is proficient in English and Hindi. During his distinguished career, he served as Advisor to the Lieutenant Governor. His most recent position was Chief Secretary at the Union Territory of Ladakh, from February 18, 2025, to December 31, 2026.
