Pawan Kadyan, born on April 28, 1986, is an Indian Administrative Service officer of the 2012 batch, West Bengal cadre. He holds a B.Tech. degree in Electrical Engineering from IIT Kanpur. Currently, he serves as the Inspector General of Registration and Commissioner of Stamp Revenue at West Bengal, a position he has held since August 12, 2025. Previously, he served as Senior Special Secretary. He is proficient in Bengali, English, and Hindi. Pawan Kadyan continues to be in active service in the Indian Administrative Service.
