Pavan Agarwal, born on 29 July 1987, is an Indian Administrative Service officer from the 2015 batch, Uttar Pradesh cadre. He holds a B.Tech. in Mechanical Engineering from IIT Bombay and an M.A. in Public Management from JNU Delhi. His past positions include Joint Magistrate and Assistant Secretary. As of 28 June 2024, he serves as the District Magistrate and Collector at Balrampur. He is currently in service.
