Paul Antony, born on 27 June 1958, is a retired Indian Administrative Service officer from the 1983 Kerala cadre. He holds a postgraduate degree in Economics and a graduate degree in Economics. Throughout his career, he served in various capacities including District Collector, Assistant Collector, District Planning Officer, General Manager, Director, Managing Director, Development Commissioner, Secretary, Commissioner, Principal Secretary, Chairman, and Additional Chief Secretary. His most recent position was Chief Secretary to the Government in the Personnel and Administrative Reforms Department from 31 December 2017 to 30 June 2018.
