Patil Rajesh Prabhakar, born on 29 November 1975, is an Indian Administrative Service officer of the 2005 batch, Odisha cadre. He holds a B.Sc. from Pune University and an M.Sc. Currently, he serves as the Commissioner-cum-Secretary in the Co-operation Department, Odisha, since 24 July 2025.
