Patil Prashant Jeevan, born on 16 June 1982, is an Indian Administrative Service officer of the 2011 batch, Telangana cadre. He holds a B.E. in Civil Engineering from Mumbai University and an M.A. in Public Policy from Indira Gandhi National Open University, New Delhi. Currently, he serves as Special Secretary to the Government in the Department of Irrigation and Command Area Development since 22 February 2024. His past roles include District Collector and Magistrate. Proficient in English, Hindi, and Marathi, Patil continues to contribute to public administration in Telangana.
