Patil Hemanta Keshav, born on 24 December 1991, is an Indian Administrative Service officer of the 2019 batch, serving in the Telangana cadre. He holds a B.Tech. in Chemical Engineering from Dr Babasaheb Ambedkar Marathwada University, Aurangabad. Currently, he is the Zonal Commissioner at Eastern L.B. Nagar, Telangana, within the GHMC-Municipal Administration and Urban Development department, a position he has held since 26 December 2025. Prior to this, he also served as a Zonal Commissioner. He continues to serve in the Indian Administrative Service.
