Patil Bhuvanesh Devidas, born on April 1, 1992, is an Indian Administrative Service officer from the 2018 batch, Karnataka cadre. He holds a Bachelor of Engineering degree in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Pune. Currently, he serves as the Chief Executive Officer at Zilla Panchayat Dharwad, Karnataka, a position he has held since January 27, 2025. His previous roles include IAS Probationer and Commissioner. Patil is proficient in Hindi and Kannada. He continues to serve in the Indian Administrative Service.
