Patil Ajit BhagwatRao, born on August 7, 1974, is an Indian Administrative Service officer of the 2007 batch, Kerala cadre. He holds a B.E. degree from Mumbai University. Currently, he serves as the Commissioner at the Kerala State Goods and Services Tax Department since September 9, 2022. Throughout his career, he has held various positions including Director, Managing Director, District Collector, Secretary, and Assistant Collector. Fluent in English and Marathi, Patil continues to serve in the Kerala cadre, contributing to the administration and governance of the state.
