Patel Anand Babulal, born on 27 October 1985, is an Indian Administrative Service officer from the 2010 batch, Gujarat cadre. He holds a B.A. in History from Baba Saheb Ambedkar Open University. Currently, he serves as the Collector at Kachchh, Bhuj since March 2025. His previous roles include Additional Secretary to Government, Municipal Commissioner, District Collector, Collector & District Magistrate, District Development Officer, and Assistant Collector. He has been recognized with awards such as Best District Election Officer, National Water Award, and Best District Development Officer. He is proficient in English and Gujarati.
