Parvindra Singh, born on May 1, 1956, is a retired Indian Administrative Service officer from the 1982 Rajasthan cadre. He holds postgraduate degrees in Economics and Business Administration, along with a graduate degree in Metallurgy Engineering. Throughout his career, he served in various capacities including Principal Secretary, Secretary, Joint Secretary, Administrator, Commissioner, Director, Deputy Secretary, Executive Director, District Collector and Magistrate, General Manager, Magistrate (City), and Sub-Divisional Officer. His most recent position was Principal Secretary at Jaipur, Rajasthan, in the Personnel Department from September 23, 2008, to June 5, 2009.
