Parul Patawari, born on 13 October 1987, is an Indian Administrative Service officer of the 2015 batch, Odisha cadre. She holds a B.A. in Economic Honours and an M.B.A. in International Business from the University of Delhi. Currently, she serves as the Director of the Social Security and Empowerment of Persons with Disabilities Department, Odisha, a position she has held since 22 July 2025. Her previous roles include Collector & District Magistrate, Sub Collector, and Assistant Secretary. Parul Patawari continues to serve in the Indian Administrative Service.
