Parthapratim Manna, born on February 5, 1966, is a retired Indian Administrative Service officer from the 2010 batch, West Bengal cadre. He holds an M.Sc. degree. He served as the Managing Director of the West Bengal SC, ST and OBC Development and Finance Corporation from October 1, 2019, to February 28, 2026. Throughout his career, he was associated with the Indian Administrative Service until his retirement.
