Partha Sarthi Sensharma, born on 30 June 1970, is a 1994 batch IAS officer of the Uttar Pradesh cadre. He holds a B.E. in Mechanical Engineering. Currently, he serves as the Additional Chief Secretary in the Basic Education Department, Uttar Pradesh, a position he assumed on 1 October 2025.
