Parth Gupta, born on June 29, 1987, is an Indian Administrative Service officer of the 2013 batch, serving in the Haryana cadre. He holds an LL.M. in Law from the University of London. Currently, he is the Director and Special Secretary at Haryana's Department of Sports, a position he has held since November 30, 2025. Prior to this, he served as Deputy Commissioner. Parth Gupta continues to serve in the Indian Administrative Service.
