Parth Gupta, born on 29 June 1987, is an Indian Administrative Service officer of the 2013 batch, serving in the Haryana cadre. He holds an LL.M. in Law from the University of London. Currently, he is the Director and Special Secretary at the Department of Sports, Haryana, a position he has held since 30 November 2025. Prior to this, he served as Deputy Commissioner. Parth Gupta continues to serve in the Indian Administrative Service.
