Parshant Kumar Goyal, born on 23 September 1979, is an IAS officer of the 2007 batch from the Tripura cadre. He holds an M.B.B.S. degree from Baba Farid University of Health Sciences, Faridkot. Currently, he is awaiting posting since 6 February 2026. Throughout his career, he has served in various capacities including Joint Secretary, Director, Secretary, Special Secretary, Director General, Deputy Commissioner, District Collector and District Magistrate, Sub Divisional Magistrate, and Assistant Collector. He is proficient in English and Punjabi. Parshant Kumar Goyal continues to serve in the Indian Administrative Service.
