Parminder Pal Singh, born on July 9, 1975, is an Indian Administrative Service officer of the 2016 batch, serving in the Punjab cadre. He holds a Master of Public Policy degree from Harvard University, Cambridge, Massachusetts, USA. Currently, he is the Special Secretary in the Local Government Department, Punjab, a position he has held since April 4, 2025. Throughout his career, he has served in various capacities including Deputy Secretary, Member, Special Secretary, Executive Director, and Project Director. Parminder Pal Singh continues to serve in the Indian Administrative Service.
