Parmesh Pandey, born on 31 July 1960, is a retired Indian Administrative Service officer from the 1985 Karnataka cadre. He holds a Bachelor of Engineering degree in Mechanical Engineering from the Indian Institute of Technology. Throughout his career, he served in various capacities including Additional Chief Secretary to the Government of Karnataka from 4 May 2016, Principal Secretary, Executive Director, Managing Director, Commissioner, Chief Secretary, and other administrative roles. He was associated with the Department of Personnel and Administrative Reforms. His extensive experience spans multiple leadership and administrative positions within the Karnataka state government.
