Parmar Pinkeshkumar Lalitkumar, born on January 7, 1992, is an Indian Administrative Service officer from the 2021 batch, serving in the Telangana cadre. He holds a Bachelor of Engineering degree in Electronics and Communication from the University of Gujarat. Currently, he is the Zonal Commissioner at Quthbullapur under the GHMC department, a position he has held since February 26, 2026. Previously, he served as Additional Collector (Local Bodies). Parmar Pinkeshkumar Lalitkumar continues to serve in the Indian Administrative Service.
