Parikshit Thoudam, born on 22 June 1996, is an Indian Administrative Service officer of the 2021 batch, assigned to the Assam Meghalaya cadre. He holds an M.Sc. in Biology from Bhopal University, Bhopal. Currently, he serves as Joint Secretary in the Finance Department of Assam since 18 December 2025. His previous roles include Deputy Secretary and Co-District Commissioner. Parikshit Thoudam continues to serve in the IAS, contributing to the administrative functions within his cadre.
