Paramvir Singh, born on 27 June 1989, is an Indian Administrative Service officer of the 2015 batch, Punjab cadre. He holds a B.A. Law LL.B. from National Law University Delhi and an M.A. in Public Management from Jawahar Lal Nehru University. Currently, he serves as the Special Secretary in the Department of Revenue and Rehabilitation, Punjab, a position he assumed on 22 January 2026. His previous roles include Assistant Secretary, Additional Deputy Commissioner, Sub-Divisional Magistrate, Special Secretary, and Commissioner. Paramvir Singh continues to serve in the Indian Administrative Service.
