Paramvir Singh, born on 27 June 1989, is an Indian Administrative Service officer from the 2015 batch, Punjab cadre. He holds a B.A. Law LL.B. from National Law University Delhi and an M.A. in Public Management from Jawaharlal Nehru University. Currently, he serves as the Special Secretary in the Department of Revenue and Rehabilitation, Punjab, a position he has held since 22 January 2026. Previously, he has served as Commissioner and is available for posting. Paramvir Singh continues to be in service, contributing to the administrative framework of Punjab.
