Parameswaran B, born on 26 September 1982, is an Indian Administrative Service officer of the 2008 batch, Odisha cadre. He holds a B.E. degree from BITS Pilani. Currently, he serves as the Commissioner-cum-Secretary in the ST and SC Development, Minorities and Backward Classes Welfare Department, Odisha, a position he has held since 22 July 2025. Throughout his career, he has held various roles including Commissioner, State Project Director, Director & Additional Secretary, Mission Director, District Collector, Joint Secretary, and Inspector General. He is proficient in English and Tamil. Parameswaran B continues to serve in the IAS.
