Parag Gupta, born on January 22, 1962, is a retired Indian Administrative Service officer from the 1988 Odisha cadre. He holds graduate degrees in Law and History. Throughout his career, he served in various capacities including Adviser, Joint Secretary, Chairman & Managing Director, Commissioner & Secretary to the Governor, Special Secretary, Revenue Divisional Commissioner, Labour Commissioner, Additional Director, District Collector and Magistrate, and Sub Collector. His most recent position was Additional Chief Secretary in the Public Enterprises Department from October 16, 2021, to January 31, 2022.
