Paraag Jaiin Nainuttia, born on 14 December 1972, is a 1996 batch IAS officer of the Maharashtra cadre. He holds a B.Tech. from IIT Delhi and a Diploma. Currently, he serves as the Principal Secretary of the Water Supply and Sanitation Department, Maharashtra, a position he has held since 28 October 2025. Throughout his career, he has held various key roles including Principal Secretary, Chairman & Managing Director, Special Commissioner, Managing Director, Chief Executive Officer, Commissioner, Director, Additional Divisional Commissioner, District Collector, and Municipal Commissioner. He is proficient in English and Hindi and continues to serve in the Indian Administrative Service.
