Pankaj Yadav, born on March 10, 1977, is an Indian Administrative Service officer from the 2001 batch, Haryana cadre. He holds a graduate degree and an M.A. from Jiwaji University, Gwalior, and a postgraduate degree from Guru Jambheshwar University. Currently, he serves as the Special Roll Observer at Jalpaiguri Division, West Bengal, since December 10, 2025.
