Pankaj Kumar Pandey, born on 10 January 1976, is an Indian Administrative Service officer of the 2005 batch, Uttarakhand cadre. He holds an M.B.B.S. degree from Allahabad University. Currently serving as Secretary in the WD department since 17 May 2023, he has held multiple key positions including Secretary, Additional Secretary, Director General, Deputy Secretary, District Magistrate, Commissioner, Managing Director, Chief Development Officer, Sub Divisional Officer, and Joint Magistrate. Fluent in English and Hindi, Pandey continues to contribute to the administrative framework of Uttarakhand.
