Pankaj Kumar Pandey, born on 30 July 1976, is an Indian Administrative Service officer from the 2000 Karnataka cadre. He holds a Bachelor of Engineering degree. Currently, he serves as the Principal Secretary at Bengaluru in the Department of Personnel and Administrative Reforms since 6 February 2026. Throughout his career, he has held various positions including Special Commissioner Director, Secretary to Government, Commissioner, Chief Executive Officer, Member, Managing Director, Officer on Special Duty to Minister, Deputy Commissioner, Sub-Divisional Officer, and Assistant Commissioner. He is proficient in English and Hindi and continues to serve in the IAS.
