Pankaj Kumar Pal, born on July 4, 1972, is an Indian Administrative Service officer of the 2002 Bihar cadre. He holds a B.Tech. degree in Mathematics. Currently, he serves as the Secretary at Bihar in the Public Health Engineering Department, a position he has held since June 10, 2025. Throughout his career, he has held multiple secretary-level positions. He is proficient in English and Hindi. Mr. Pal continues to serve in the IAS, contributing to the administration of Bihar.
