Pankaj Agrawal, born on 19 November 1969, is a 1992 batch IAS officer of the Madhya Pradesh cadre. He holds a B.E. in Civil Engineering, an M.Tech. in Building Science from IIT Delhi, and an M.P.A. in Policy Analysis from the National University of Singapore. Currently, he serves as Secretary in the Department of Power, Ministry of Power, New Delhi (since 1 July 2023).
